World Regions

The final grade assessment will be based on the following criteria:

15% - Homework

25% - Tests

15% - Participation

25% - Assignments

20% - Final Exam

Homework will be assigned on a daily basis and will be evaluated on being completed, for content and appearance.

Tests/quizzes may be assigned on a weekly basis.

Students are expected to contribute positively in the classroom to the course. They need to come prepared with books, pens and all required materials.

One major research project will be assigned per quadmester. Evaluation of these and all written work will be based on the 6 + 1 Traits writing model.

Students will also be required to follow the proper research standards model.
