Canadian Overseas School Committee/International Parents’ Representation

The role of the Canadian Overseas School Committee is to assist the school staff in planning, organizing and directing various school activities and projects, which fall outside but support the curriculum of the schools, i.e., field trips. In addition the committee is instrumental in soliciting and acquiring funds from various business organizations which are directed towards Canadian Student Scholarships and awards.  The School committee, appointed for AFNORTH International School (Canadian Section), is to represent the views and concerns of the parents on education matters to the military and school authorities.  In association with the Canadian parents on this committee are also representatives from our International communities.  The aim of the Canadian School Committee is extended to provide assistance to our international students who are now aligned to the Canadian Section.
